- Customer must provide correct vehicle information (VIN recommended).
- Used parts have a standard limited warranty; extended coverage exists only if shown on invoice.
- Remanufactured warranties are administered by the remanufacturer after customer registration.
- Returns/refunds require inspection; shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
1) All Sales — Final Conditions
All sales are considered final except as expressly stated in writing. Verbal statements do not modify these Terms unless confirmed in writing by ULTRA AUTO PARTS LLC.
2) Customer Responsibility — Vehicle Information & Fitment
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate vehicle information (year, make, model, engine size, drivetrain, and VIN when available). Incorrect information can result in an incorrect part and may void warranty/return/refund eligibility.
3) Condition of Parts Sold
Parts may be sold as USED, REMANUFACTURED, or RECONDITIONED. Used parts may show wear, cosmetic imperfections, or surface rust.
- Photos are representative unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- No guarantee is made regarding cosmetic condition or prior usage history beyond what is documented on the invoice.
4) Warranty Terms — Used Parts
Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, qualifying used engines and used transmissions include a six (6) month limited parts-only warranty.
- Parts-only warranty excludes labor, fluids, towing, diagnostics, downtime, rental vehicles, and incidental costs.
- Warranty can be denied for improper installation, overheating, oil starvation, abuse, modifications, or lack of maintenance evidence.
5) Warranty Terms — Used Parts Extended Parts & Labor (Optional)
Extended coverage of one (1) year or two (2) years may be offered only if purchased and listed on the invoice. If not shown on the invoice, no extended coverage exists.
- 1X / 2X / 3X (if applicable): number of replacement events allowed as shown on invoice.
- Inspection is required prior to replacement and prior to any labor reimbursement.
- Labor reimbursement (if applicable) requires written authorization and may be capped.
6) Remanufactured Parts Warranty (Third-Party Manufacturer)
Some remanufactured engines/transmissions include a third-party warranty (up to 3 years or 100,000 miles) only if stated on the invoice. Customer must register the warranty directly with the remanufacturer; failure to register may void coverage.
ULTRA AUTO PARTS LLC does not approve/deny third-party claims and does not control remanufacturer warranty decisions.
7) Mandatory Inspection & Authorization Process
- Customer must contact ULTRA AUTO PARTS LLC before removal/repairs for any warranty concern.
- Provide invoice number, VIN, mileage, and written diagnostics from a licensed facility.
- ULTRA AUTO PARTS LLC may require inspection, teardown authorization, testing, and supporting documents.
- No reimbursement or replacement without prior written approval when required by this policy.
8) Installation Disclaimer
Professional installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended. ULTRA AUTO PARTS LLC is not responsible for installation errors or vehicle damage caused by improper installation.
9) Returns & Refunds Policy
- Must be within the applicable warranty period.
- Original shipping charges are deducted unless ULTRA AUTO PARTS LLC shipped incorrectly or the item arrived damaged.
- Refunds are processed only after the item is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process.
ULTRA AUTO PARTS LLC reserves the right to deny any return, refund, replacement, or exchange if the part is damaged due to customer modification, improper installation, neglect, abuse, or if evidence indicates the customer is responsible for the failure.
10) Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss transfers upon carrier pickup. Any shipping damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
11) Communication Consent
Customer consents to communications via phone, SMS, email, and WhatsApp related to quotes, orders, warranty, and service. Message/data rates may apply.
12) Limitation of Liability
ULTRA AUTO PARTS LLC’s total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the part. ULTRA AUTO PARTS LLC is not liable for labor, towing, downtime, lost income, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by applicable law.
13) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue is exclusively Harris County, Texas.
